Triangle Roofing believes that training is essential for achieving safety and success in the roofing industry. Every employee is fully skilled using the NRCA Safety DVD’s and manuals in addition to other specialized training materials.
We invest heavily in the appropriate training of our employees for the proper removal, handling, and disposal of asbestos containing roofing materials (ACRM) in accordance with federal and state regulations. This training protects the company as well as our clients.
All Triangle Roofing field employees are CERTA-Torch trained and we have a CERTA –Torch Trainer on staff.
We conduct pre-employment drug screening and full background and MVR checks on all new-hires. In addition, we perform random drug screenings throughout the year and annual MVR verifications on all current employees.
To keep safety our top priority, all employees are OSHA 10-hr trained. Each crew has at least two men who are certified in First Aid and CPR by the American Red Cross. Key personnel are 30-hr OSHA trained and we have Certified Crane Operators on staff. Competent person reports are completed daily at each jobsite to ensure a safe workplace and environment.

Because safety is so important to us, in addition to our own daily job site inspections, we utilize an outside consultant to assure our operations are safe and that we are compliant with all OSHA regulations.
